Artist statement

Whatever the material I use, paper, plastic, metal, paint or any others, I am focused on the relation betwen painting and volume, chromaticism and structure as the way they can interact with the architectural and environment space. In a first time, my painting was strickly developing an informal language till the matter itself became the center of my research. From that point I had a linear evolution from the painting canvas to a kind of “low relief paintings” and then to the volume with sculptures and installations.
